Vice President, Credit Due Diligence

Position Overview

TRA is the leading commercial real estate tenant credit consulting firm supporting institutional real estate companies in the evaluation of commercial tenant credit.  TRA’s clients include many prominent commercial landlords, REITs, insurance companies, real estate lenders, and developers.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President to oversee all tenant credit analysis and manage client engagements.  This is a challenging role that will require the candidate to conduct and oversee credit analysis covering multiple industry sectors while managing clients across multiple concurrent credit engagements.  Join TRA and be a part of our exciting growth and share in our success.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

TRA is seeking an individual to lead its Tenant Credit Due Diligence initiatives.   The individual will participate in all credit diligence activities including:

 

  • Preparing detailed financial modeling and client deliverables;

  • Performing quantitative and qualitative financial and analysis;

  • Developing and maintaining business and industry due diligence processes;

  • Managing Analyst deliverables;

  • Preparing and leading tenant diligence calls;

  • Overseeing and refining TRA’s proprietary credit models;

  • Reporting to TRA leadership on key client utilization and feedback;

  • Limited domestic travel;

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of direct relevant experience conducting financial analysis, credit analysis, and financial due diligence;

  • Outstanding financial modeling and analytical skills;

  • Demonstrated competency in financial statement analysis, business analysis, accounting and finance;

Education

A Bachelor's degree is required, MBA / CFA / CPA preferred.
