Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp., together with its wholly-owned subsidiaries (collectively, TCB), is a golf and lifestyle company that provides golf entertainment experiences, golf equipment, apparel, and other accessories through its brand brands including Topgolf, Callaway Golf, Odyssey, TravisMathew, Jack Wolfskin, OGIO and Toptracer.

On September 6, 2022, the company changed its corporate name from Callaway Golf Company to Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp., and on September 7, 2022, changed its ticker symbol on the NYSE from “ELY” to “MODG.”
